Thankfully our heavenly Father has never asked us to be the perfect parent. When we turn to Him in faith and forgiveness, he helps us to rest in his love and acceptance. Therefore, we are free to love our children rather than placing demands to satisfy our desires. Through the gospel he can also work the change in our children that they need most- transformed hearts.
